Holistic Care Supscription

$90/month

• up to 6 visits each month
• includes all modalities except decompression

Spinal Decompression Wellness
$100/month

available after a full decompression series has been successfully completed

• includes chiropractic treatment
• up to 5 visits each month

All subscriptions may be canceled at any time.  No Contract.

Subscriptions are not prorated.

Not everyone wishes to access care through a subscription or membeship.

You may elect to purchase  a package of 6 or 12 visits and receive a discount.

Chiropractic Only

6-visits: $342

12-visits: $648

Acupuncture or Holistic Care

6-visits: $570

12-visits:  $1080

All visits must be used within:

6 months (6-visit package) 

12 months (12-visit package)

Packages are not transferable to other family members or friends.

Refunds for unused visits 

are issued if:

Treatment at this office (with Dr. Sharon) is no longer desired or appropriate for your condition.

 You move out of the area

applies if you have not been seen for 3 years or more.
