All subscriptions may be canceled at any time.  

No Contract.

Subscriptions are not prorated.

You may access care without a membership/subscription if you prefer.

$65 per follow-up visit

ACUPUNCTURE

$125 per follow-up visit

Acupuncture sessions are 1 hour

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

$75 per follow-up visit

Funct Med follow-up sessions are 30 mins

New Patient Visits are required by all patients who have not been seen by Dr. Sharon regardless of care ultimately recommended.

Treatment will be performed at your visit if appropriate.

Re-Exam Fee for Existing Patients

If you are an existing patient but have not been seen for over 90 days, a Re-Exam fee equal to the cost of a a single visit without subscription or package is applied.

Additional Information: 

All pre-paid visit packages must be used within: 6 months (6-vst pkg) or 12 months (12-vst pkg)

Packages are not transferable to other family members or friends.

Refunds for any unused pre-paid visits are issued if: 1) Treatment at this office (with Dr. Sharon) is no longer desired or appropriate for your condition. 2)You move out of the area.
